Büyükelçinin Mesajı

Dear visitors,

The Embassy represents Turkey in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a friendly and fraternal country with which we enjoy historical, cultural and human ties.

Turkey was among the first countries to recognize Bosnia and Herzegovina on February 6, 1992 and was also among the first to establish an embassy. Relations between the two countries have always been excellent.

Turkey considers Bosnia and Herzegovina's peace, prosperity and stability as very important. With this understanding, all possible support to Bosnia and Herzegovina in all spheres is given through our official institutions, as well as by various municipalities and non-governmental organizations at the local level.

The Embassy’s main objective is to further develop our existing relations in all areas, especially in the political, economic, cultural and human fields.

The Embassy also provides services with its Offices of the Commercial Counsellor, the Education Counsellor, the Consular Section and other units, as well as the General Consulates in Mostar and Banja Luka.

With best regards.
